3.2. Hoʻomau Market reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
3.3. Vendors retain ownership of the content they provide. By submitting content, vendors grant Hoʻomau Market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the content on our platform.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and share any content they submit to Hoʻomau Market.
4.2. Hoʻomau Market accepts no liability for copyright or intellectual property issues arising from vendor-submitted content.
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1. The subscription fee is $120.00 USD per year.
5.2. Vendor listings will remain active for one year from the time of payment.
5.3. There is currently no refund policy for subscriptions.
5.4. Cancellations will result in the removal of vendor information at the end of the current billing cycle, and the subscription will not be renewed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hoʻomau Market shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hoʻomau Market harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
